    BT WiFi

Is it any good? Any problems? My Auntie switched from Sky to BT (I set it up) if was seemless. Anyone else got anything else to add. Reason? I'm going to switch from Virgin to BT.

Well, for me, BT is rubbish which is why I stick with Virgin despite their other shortcomings...

Think it is down to how close you are relevant to the box with a fibre connection...

    Re: BT WiFi

We moved back to BT Business a couple of years ago. Great after sales service and the fastest available for us (2.8 Mbs) as we live in the sticks and miles away from the exchange which has fewer than 30 lines.
Because BT own the phone lines, BT users have priority over repairs and fault fixing which we need as our copper line is so old and above ground which leads to quite a few problems.

BT Infinity for 4 years now, absolutely no issues. Wouldn’t go with anyone else.

Had the same with BT router, raised a complaint and threatened to leave, they sent me their latest SmartHub which solved the problem.

I have found then to be first class.

Like CliveW, we live in a very rural setting and previous suppliers were rubbish.
BT were not much better to start with and my Mrs negotiated a very cheap deal plus a smarthub.

    Very happy now.

If you can get fibre to the property then bite their arm off its excellent! Whatever you do dont move house with them and expect them to transfer your services over simply (weve just finally got connected after complaining direct to the CEOs office after nearly 2 weeks of complete and utter incompetence from them).

As for how good it is with fibre to the cabinet I guess we'll find out (now we just need phones with wifi calling to sort out the mobile signal lol)
