    Full handicap, measured course and not a qualifier. I'm with you on this, it really should be a qualifier. Perhaps he's more worried that he would be going up.

    Heís a great lad mate, in all fairness 90% of our comps are Stab and heís trying to redress the balance a little, the reason he wants it as non-qualifier is to encourage more to enter as thereíll be less pressure and itíll raise more for his charity.
