    Re: Driving range costs

I think I paid GBP 55 for a range card which gets me 10 buckets of 60 balls. I don't know what a single bucket would cost.

I would like to have a options of 25 or 30 balls as that's a good number before a round. I find 60 balls plenty for a normal session.

The better local range is 6.50 for 100 or the shoddy one 2 mins from my house is £1 for 20

    Re: Driving range costs

My range offered double range credit.. so £100 got me £200 worth of credit

The card gets you money off range balls
    30 normally £4 £3.60 with a card
    60 normally £5.50 , £ 4.95 with card
    90 normally £6.50, £5.85
    120 normally £7.50, £6.75 with card

But half that cost considering my credit was doubled

    Got £210 left and I get 30 or 60 a session

    Will last a while

About £5 for 120 balls with my range card. Decent Srixon range balls. Good array of targets and can usually get a bay at the far end for quiet uninterrupted work

Do you have to use it within a certain time? Like within a year? It seems really good value if you take all 8k balls.

Pricey but it is a lovely and classy range. Almost worth paying extra for.

I even bought a drink first time when I didn't want one, it was just so nice 😁.

    Free at my club

Range 1/2 mile down the road from me is £6 for 100, can get a smaller basket for £3.50 at a guess. I have been there twice in the last 4 years or so!

    Re: Driving range costs

Why are range balls so expensive? Does your range really suffice? Are there enough targets, do you get loads of kids mucking about. Are the mats any good. It seems a range has the potential to be real gold mines!
