    He needs time off to get fit.
    He's been carrying a bad back for months and trying to hold onto the US card has obviously taken it's toll.
    I think his Master's win was, in a way, a bit early for him and definitely unexpected.
    He's always been a decent player but never that good if you get me...

    Master's win got him his card this year.
    He still has to play the requisite number of events to maintain it.
    As he can't qualify for the playoffs he can't make that number...
