    Not the easiest of starts:

    Stoke (H)
    Man City (A)
    Chelsea (A)
    Spurs (H)
    Utd (A)

Could be top with 15 points or bottom with 3

Fail to beat Stoke and we could start the season like a UK Eurovision entrant.

If confidence is not shot after that lot then the subsequent fixtures should be decent for Everton. I'd rather have gentler matches and let momentum build though. That is a tough start

Think of the new players those teams will have though - maybe the best time to play these teams is as the new players are gelling with the squad?

But then Everton traditionally start slowly, too. Ah football.
2015 = Worst golf season in memory - End handicap 15.2 - now with added 1.0 after review = 16.2

Had our best ever start to a PL season under Koeman last season for a change, back to normal probably next season.

Very true - so maybe 10-12 points from the first five and sitting pretty near the top.
