Besides you can stumble across a good team and get lucky that it comes together for you. Can he repeat that with another team over and over? Not saying that he won't but he still has it all to do.
What do you mean fluke? He was scouted 30+ times, including personally by Klopp himself. Doesn't sound like a fluke signing to me.

He didn't stumble across anything. The team he inherited were rubbish. He built an incredible team himself.

What about Man Utd between 1991/92 and 2012/13 which is 22 years of finishing in the top 3? Note that is top 3 not top 4 and they only finished 3rd three times, the rest of the time they were in the top 2 each year. In that period the longest gap between winning league titles was 3 seasons. But let's not let the truth get in the way of your blind support for Wenger.

The first point is fact, and if your manager was so good he would be able to get people up for a "big game" of liverpool away and get their minds on the task at hand or leave them out.

Bayern werent strong? In the second title winning season Bayern got to the CL final and the DFB Pokal final, the following year they won the CL and the DFB Pokal so they werent weak. They were struggling at one point at the season in 2014 but he got them back from 18th to 7th, which isnt the sign of a bad manager IMO.

Yep, but he was using one of the best defences that English football has ever seen, that was built and coached by a previous manager.

Once that defence retired, hes not been able to get anywhere near it since, or win a league.

Yes, but I'm also willing to look at our manger's failings - something that you wont have a word against.

He also made some superb signings on a limited budget when he first took over, bringing guys like Subotic (£4m), Hummels (£3.7m), Bender (£1.35m) Lewandowski (£4.2m), Pisczcek (Free), Kagawa (Free) and Gundogan (£4.95m) in for cheap, and then when he'd built a squad capable of competing in Europe he further strengthened bringing in and tutoring talent like Aubameyang, Mkhitarayan and Reus.

Say what you want about his first season and a bit at Liverpool, but there should be zero question mark about his capability or his record in Germany, he did a magnificent job at Dortmund. And as an Everton fan I'm a bit worried about him at Liverpool, he's building a seriously scary team that are more than capable of winning the league.
As an Everton fan, can you desist with this nice stuff, please.

    Its unnerving.....

That's like saying signing Thierry henry was a fluke........but I'm sure your version would be......because he was French, and because he desparately wanted to play for Arsene....and because he didn't like ketchup......and because Arsenal wrenched him from the hands of juventus, he was an inspired signing, who was a rough diamond of a player, that Arsene "found" for 10 million.
