    someones very defensive.....

Do you still believe he's not downed tools and actually been injured all this time?

Even if Sanches comes, do you not think if you secure the signature of Sanches that will justify cashing in on Coutinho?

Defensive ? Well when the media and others keep spouting clapp trap it does get a bit annoying

And Yes I do - why would I believe anything else. If Coutinho has downed tools then the reporters close to Anfield would be telling the story and not once has it been uttered. His own doctor has said the stress of the situation has caused him to be ill but he is free of that to concentrate on the upcoming international - hopefully he plays and then comes back with the window closed and starts to provide the ammunition.

So he miraculously gets fit as soon as he leaves the club?

The club wouldn't release that he's downed tools at all. Why would they do that? as soon as they do that they have no way of integrating him back into the team and his value drops. At least if he's supposedly injured it's something he can recover from and get back.

Did you not not see the interview with Klopp when he was asked about reintegrating Coutinho back into the squad? Why would he need reintegrating if he was just injured?

You actually seem like you understand football, but are a bit blinkered in this situation as it's happening at your club.

If Coutinho goes so be it, but it won't be for the cheeky prices Barca usually try and get players (same as R Madrid). I don't have a problem with the club holding out to them and not rolling over the way other clubs have done in the past.
    Forever trying.

Wasn't he supposedly injured with a back problem, not ill. Why change that line? Yes I know its from his own doctor but you would have thought the club would have sanctioned/confirmed it.

Have you actually read what his own doctor has said

And I'm not sure you understand that right now whether Coutinho is injured or not doesn't bother me in the slightest - I don't really care tbh , the club have made their stance quite clear and when the window is shut all the nonsense can go away and Coutinho can just concentrate on playing football again for us. Why are you so bothered by it ?
