like any of these comps it has its share, works well if you get courtesy of the course, seems less and less places are offering it these days though so can end up paying guests rates (split between the two)

ive made through a few rounds several times but never much further, bar one miserable sod opponents have all been great fun and even managed to get drawn away to Woburn one year (and did get courtesy )
    In the bag:
    TM M1 9.5 degree
    TM M1 17 degree hybrid
    Orka RS1/RS3 Irons 3-PW
    Orka RS10 Wedges 52,56,60
    Ping Ketsch

    Handicap: 7

Wasn't going to but one of the ads caught me at a weak moment so I've entered again. I've only done the last couple of years but I've yet to have a bad experience in this. Every opponent has been great company, and I haven't had to pay for an away match. Only issue for me is that the local regions are based on your home club and that's already a 25 minute drive for me, so some potential opponents are an hour away. Still, Bearwood Lakes please!

And I take the same view as fundy, I asked once, was told we give courtesy, so I'm not asking again.
