    New quilt required.

    Decided to treat ourselves to a new quilt, at the mo we have a duck and goose type but it is knackered. Called into TK Maxx and came a cross a massively reduced Snuggledown White duck down one. It felt gorgeous. £67 it was, opened it up and it had a small tear in it.
    Aaaaaaaaargh flippin argh, never mind al do some surfing when I get home. Flippin Eck some of them are £200 plus. I would want a magic carpet for that.
    look like buying her a sleeping bag instead. At least the sales are on.

    i bought a 2 piece feather duvet about 20 yrs ago from Alders for £99

    Best thing I ever bought and it's still as good as the day I bought it.

    I didn't buy it Homer, I thought not for £67, when it has a 2" tear in it. but when I saw the price online I couldn't believe it.

    Two piece wool one. Not cheap but the most comfortable thing I've ever slept under and I don't seem to overheat under it as I do with other fillings.
