Wasn't part of the Brexit campaign the wish to restore Parliamentary Sovereignty? Seems quite strange that the Campaign now wishes to bypass it..
I just wish they'd get on with it.. I can't help but feel that TM and BJ are attempting to scupper the whole process by appearing to be utterly inept.. Or they could just actually be utterly inept (See BJ's recent comments about Brexit being a "Titanic" success)..

    Interesting.

Lets see what the £ does today, will it recover a bit with this news?

Mrs May didn't want Brexit remember, if she plays this very carefully she could come out of it without having to deal with Brexit but laying the blame at the Courts and then Parliament. Shall be a lot of political game playing in this I suspect.

So will MPs now take back control of Brexit thanks to verdict of unelected British judges?
I think Judges should be appointed via referendum too...

Now the merry go around goes round and round and Brexit will turn into another Heathrow/Airport Decision/HS2.. Will let the Grandkids know that we have been trying to go out of Europe for a long time..

Good to see parliamentary sovereignty being upheld - after all it's what Leavers wanted. I do however think that UK should leave - if not we risk have Paul Nuttall as the next PM (got help us all)
    to infinity and beyond...

...well from 10.0 to 9.4 this year would be nice.

And with just the October medal to go - I've got to 8.3

    Job done
