I'd have just put you down behind the screen there and then. Mind you, you were never the most mobile footballer I ever saw and didn't enjoy a run between stations if I recall

I was incredibly fast compared to a cement shoes like you. Then again, I remember you allegedly getting hurt one Thursday night at Kingston Rec and then coming in the next day with a limp on the other leg. Ian Grey yelled out to ask if you had been to Lourdes over night.

If I was cement shoes how come you couldn't live with me when we had to run for those tube trains and then spent the next twenty stops coming back from a shade of puce to a more normal colour

You probably were quicker in those days because you weren't lugging your massive ego around like you do now.

To paraphrase Louis Armstrong, if you have to ask what the problem is, you'll never know.

Just seems like a simple and fairly effective swing to me. I wouldn't say it was 'ugly' like some of the more out-there swings we've seen over the years (Furyk etc).
