Re: I played today and...(Rolling thread)

Played in the big 'Memorial Day' Stableford cup on Saturday. Continued my recent trend of killing my chances before I've begun. 1 point on the 1st and blob the 2nd and 3rd. Finish on 33 points and in 12th place. I was all over the place on those first three holes, like I'd never played before. I have to sort out these appalling starts somehow, it's the same every time.

Lovely morning - joined the senior roll up - Shot a 4 Under Gross 67 for 44 points and still only halved the money 😂

44 points off your handicap is excellent golf, well played that man.

Played at Seaton Carew, cracking course in fine fettle and very warm and welcoming from the pro to the folks on the car park and in the bar afterwards

    OMGF!! How frustrating!!

But, the massive positive is that since moving from Ashford (parkland) to Littlestone (links) I've had more buffers and cuts than the whole of 2016 at Ashford. Still 10.6 though.
But how's the Epic driver going?
