Re: Welcome to the Your Golf Pictures forum! advice and guidelines

Played the Old Course at Gog Magog GC in Cambridge on Tuesday. Lots of bunkering work in progress & a few new tee boxes being installed to make the Lagonda Trophy a bit more of a challenge to the young guns knocking it 300 off the tee.
The course is on chalk & therefore drains fantastically well. We started at 10.30 after a full 12 hours of torrential rain & not one sighting of water anywhere. Anyway, thought I'd attach a picture of the 16th from the forward tee box. Reminded me of the 5th at Sheringham in Norfolk if anyone has been there. Fantastic hole! IMG_20170207_132120.jpg

Joined Greetham Valley (Rutland) this week after moving to the area from London, and I have to say - what a lovely course it is. This was just a nice little arty shot. But if you live nearby, I recommend the course!

How is that arty - did you upload the wrong photo, was expecting a nice picture of the signature hole of the course?

Arty in the fact it's a shallow depth of field on the clubs, with the ball blurred in the background. That kinda arty

Next round, I'll get a nice shot depending on weather...
