  1. Re: Is there a place for Men-Only Events these Days

Single sex events are fine. Sexual harassment is not. I'm not sure they are mutually exclusive TBH.

You sure about that? Only reference I can find to it is in Murdoch owned papers, i.e. times, mail, sun and Metro and rightwing Breitbart and the Express. Nothing on BBC that I can see

Maybe you could. Interesting the only papers reporting this are the Daily Mail and the sun and I can find no record of it in other main stream media or the judiciary judgements web page.

    Re: Homlessness

I'm not sure I see the correlation or why the two need to be discussed in the same sentence then.

You seem to be inferring that UK homeless people shouldn't be homeless if there are non UK people...

    Re: Homlessness

There are many reasons why people end up homeless and there are many reasons why people stay homeless for many many years from drink and drug abuse to mental health issues.

Re: would you ever kick an animal?

It's nothing to do with bad owners. Dogs are unpredictable both with humans and other dogs and should be kept on leads in the vast majority of places except in designated areas specifically set up to...

  18. Re: Winter golf....absolutely pointless...tell me otherwise.

Re: Winter - What does your course do?

I don't disagree that fairway mats are awful. I wouldn't be keen to join any club that had either, but I'd certainly prefer them to being forced to not play off the fairway if I'd hit a nice sweet...

Re: Winter - What does your course do?

Pick a ball off the fairway and play from the rough? What a ridiculous thing to do. I couldn't join a club that had that rule. If they care about the damage to the fairways that much, why don't they...
