Anybody registered a football team in this seasons Dreamteam organised by the Sun?
I've bought Ronaldo for 9.5million. Dunno, but could have screwed up. Am I right in assuming he may well be as prolific as last season?

Still getting my teams together. Like you I want him in but not sure if he will perform as well as last year and how well he'll play when he gets back. Wondering if a Gerrard or Lampard offers more value?
Got a great team in theory including Torres, Adebayour, Defoe, Lescott and Lampard so should be plenty of points there

Ronaldo does not offer good value for money at that price. I am fairly confident he will not have half as good a season this year as he did last time round. My team that I have just compiled in the last 5 minutes (bit rushed- some modifications to come when I have more time!) is:
GK- Green (whm) £3m
RB- Finan (liv) £3m
CB- Vidic (man u) £6m
CB- Davies (ast) £2.5m
LB- Samba (bla) £3.5m
RM- Gerrard (liv) £8m
CM- Modric (tot) £4m
LM- Lampard (che) £8m
RS- Keane (tot) £5.5m
CF- Crouch (por) £3.5m
LS- Kitson (stk) £3m
Homer- Great team in theory but surely that will mean the other 6 players will all have to be around the £2.5m mark, meaning they will be people who will rarely play. You will get a lot of points for those mentioned but could struggle to pick up any points with the 6 'fill ins' that will be required in addition to those mentioned.
