AG - Aberdeen
thought I would post a positive review of AG in Aberdeen. My dad, looking for a boost to his season, decided to stop by AG to look at irons. He had seen nice TM advertised in magazines. He has a few down off the racks looking at the top line and giving them a waggle when the assistant came over. He asked if my dad wanted to try any out in the bay with the launch monitor. After agreeing to give it a go the assistant asked if he had his current clubs with him to get a basis point. So my dad went out and got his 6 iron to set the standard. The results showed he was more consistant with his own club and the assistant advised no need to change. refreshing for a sales person not to chase a sale.

Have been in that store a few times, prefer nevada Bob's on Springfield Road, but much better is the golf centre at Kings Links behind the football stadium - I think you've a better choice in there and a great range of 2nd hand stuff too. Good to see an AG salesman giving some honest advice, probably won't last long in sales though!

I'd suggest Colin Nelson at Hazelhead tbh, the links can be awful dear.
