Just got myself a shiny new phone, the HTC Touch Diamond. It's got an internal GPS, and google maps, but unlike the desktop version it hasn't got a measuring tool. I came across this bit of freeware (FreeCaddie), and behold my regular track has already been mapped (admitadly by a user). Has anyone tried this free software, and if so what opinions do you have of it? I've been looking at Caddyaid, but that's another £100 that I'd rather not spend, (cause I'll get caught by HID!) I know what Caddyaid has to offer and is probably worth it, but this FreeCaddie is errr free. Thoughts? No I'm not the developer etc etc! |
