Hi All

I was playing a refurbed pro v the other day and a bloke who is Mr rule (you know the type) informed me that refurbed balls are not legal in comps. Now this old boy talks a load of bull of the course but when it comes to golf and rules he knows his stuff so is he right or wrong????
